July Cruise 2025

I shall be taking family on a week long cruise on the Southern Oxford Canal starting on the 5th July picking them up at Banbury. This means of course a single handed operation to get to Banbury "over the hill" from the moorings at Barby, leaving on the 1st. The weather is forecasted as hot which is nice. I like hot, but the fluid replacement needs are significant so I prepare with a large jug of water and blackcurrant cordial at the helm which looks surprisingly like a jug of red diesel.
