My guest needed to get back to London today and our target was Leighton Buzzard. It was a pretty straightforward trip. We did indeed leave at 06:55 - a ‘stealth departure’. The weather has turned at last and we have had a sunny warm day and will perhaps now say goodbye to the boat stove. After my guest’s departure, some cleaning and now time to deal with all the other little things that are part of a boater’s life.
