We were given company and help for the Stockton Locks which was very kind. It's quite a climb. 11 Locks in all to reach our overnight mooring. We parted company with Sue and Alan at the top of Calcutt and pressed on. The wind was becoming quite a factor, killing any warmth from the sun. It did mean however, a good generation from the wind generator, so battery levels were well up the next morning. On the way were were able to have another look at the bush at Bridge 101 and take some photos. A opposite direction boat appeared on cue but the worst of the visibility is definitely travelling west when the bridge is totally obscured by the bush.
