Thrupp Moorings
Good wind last night! We left for Thrupp at 7:15. As we descended the first lock a boat was arriving behind, but we didn't see it again. Just the odd opposite direction boat until we reached the river Cherwell, then a steady stream of boats - all leaving Thrupp moorings we hoped. This turned out to be true. Plenty of space there. We had kept dry thus far, but a shower shortly after arrival proved a reliable weather forecast today with more showers and wind expected.
