Oxford Canal:Hawkesbury Junction

Still raining this morning.  The windgenerator had been humming all night and the batteries were up at 84%.  So it does work when the wind blows.  We set off early of course, the better to get a clear run at the flight ahead which worked.  We reached the top after 2 hours.  Then just another 3 hours to Hawkesbury Junction which turned out to be 4 due to multiple occurrences of moored boats and a couple of trips down the weed hatch.   By the time we had arrived the weather had changed for the better.   Tonight, a meal at the Greyhound.  Booking strongly advised.
